Policy
Terms of Service
Terms for parent accounts, live classes and mentor participation.
Who may use WonderBots
WonderBots provides live online coding and AI classes for learners in Classes 3–9. Accounts, purchases and parental consent must be managed by an adult aged 18 or over who is the learner's parent or authorised guardian. Children must not create accounts or purchase independently. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies relevant to your purchase.
Accounts and parental consent
Provide accurate information, keep sign-in details private and report unauthorised account use promptly. Parental consent is required before learner information is managed on the platform. Parents are responsible for supervising participation, checking class arrangements and providing a suitable device and internet connection.
Packs, payments and bookings
Purchases are four- or eight-class packs in the chosen pathway and Solo, Buddy or Squad format. Prices are shown in Indian rupees before payment. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Only a provider-confirmed Razorpay payment grants paid credits; an invitation or saved interest is not a paid seat. Solo parents choose available times before paying; Buddy and Squad use their group's timetable and require group confirmation. Contact support with the payment reference if a successful payment is missing before paying again.
Attendance, changes and refunds
Reserving a session holds one credit; completing a delivered session consumes it. Cancellation and rescheduling normally require at least 24 hours' notice, with later requests and emergencies reviewed individually. A delivered class missed by the learner counts as used. Pack credits do not expire. The Class Packs, Attendance, Cancellation, Rescheduling, Group and Refund policies explain the full rules, eligible refunds and remedies for undelivered teaching.
Learning materials and conduct
Lesson materials are for personal educational use and may not be redistributed or sold without permission. Learners retain ownership of their original work, subject to third-party rights. Do not harass others, share meeting links publicly, access another family's account or record or publish another participant without permission. Do not upload confidential or identifying child information to third-party AI tools.
Mentor participation
Mentor applications are free and subject to review and assessment. The one-time ₹499 activation payment is available only after approval and is separate from learner class credits. It does not guarantee students, minimum income or a payout date. Earnings and transfers follow the Mentor Earnings & Payouts Policy and the agreed mentor terms.
Service limits and restrictions
We do not guarantee marks, qualifications, employment or a particular learning result. Online services may experience interruptions; undelivered teaching is addressed through agreed replacement or eligible refund options. Access may be restricted to protect participants or investigate serious misuse, with an explanation where lawful and safe. Restrictions do not automatically forfeit valid unused credits or statutory refund rights; contact support to resolve outstanding purchases.
Related policies, changes and disputes
Read these terms with our Privacy, Child Safety and eight class policies, available in the website footer. Specific class policies govern their respective booking and payment matters. Changes will show a new effective date; material changes will be communicated where required and will not retroactively introduce expiry or change purchased price snapshots. Contact support for complaints or owner review. Indian law applies, without removing statutory consumer rights or access to competent consumer forums.
