Class Packs & Validity Policy
What a pack contains, how credits work and how long they last.
What a pack contains
A pack contains either four or eight 60-minute classes for the purchased learner, pathway and format. Prices per child per class are Solo ₹999, Buddy ₹599 and Squad ₹399. Four-class packs cost ₹2,396 (Buddy), ₹1,596 (Squad) and ₹3,996 (Solo); eight-class packs cost ₹4,792 (Buddy), ₹3,192 (Squad) and ₹7,992 (Solo). Packs cost exactly four or eight times the per-class price, with no pack discount, subscription or automatic renewal.
Credits and payment
Only a provider-confirmed payment grants paid credits. Available, reserved and consumed credits are shown separately in Your classes. Reserving a class holds a credit; completing it consumes that credit. An invitation or an unconfirmed payment is not an entitlement.
Timetable and use
Solo parents select class times before payment; confirmed payment books those sessions. Buddy and Squad follow their group's timetable. Credits are not a promise of any mentor, date or time on demand. Transfers between learners, pathways or formats require support review and are not automatic.
Validity
Class pack credits do not expire. Credits remain usable while the parent account is active. If a validity period is ever introduced, it will be shown before purchase and will not apply to credits already bought.
Eight-class benefit
An eight-class pack includes a free 1:1 parent progress call with the mentor after the eighth class is consumed. Request it in Your classes; the team arranges the time separately. The call is not a ninth teaching credit or a cash discount.
