Policy
Child Safety
Safeguarding expectations for families, mentors and live online classes.
Parent-led participation
An adult parent or authorised guardian manages the account, consent, purchases and class arrangements. Parents should provide a suitable learning space, remain reachable during class and supervise the learner's use of devices and external tools. Children must not create independent accounts or pay for classes.
Mentor review and boundaries
Mentors are adults and undergo application review and teaching or technical assessment before approval and activation. This process is not a guarantee of safety or a claim of a particular police or criminal background-check certification. Mentors must keep communication professional and class-related, avoid secret or inappropriate contact, and raise welfare concerns with the team. The platform does not provide open adult–child private messaging; necessary arrangements should involve the parent.
Private profiles and meeting access
WonderBots does not publish child profiles or public learner leaderboards. Learners can use illustrated avatars rather than upload a photograph. Meeting links are displayed through authorised class access and sent in class invitations; keep them private because a forwarded link can create an access risk. Report an unknown participant or suspicious invitation promptly.
Respectful classes
Bullying, discrimination, sexual content, threats and requests for private child information are prohibited. Learners should share only class-relevant content and avoid displaying home addresses, school details, passwords or other sensitive information. Stop screen sharing or leave the meeting if something feels unsafe, and tell the parent and support. The team may restrict participation while a concern is investigated.
Recording and sharing
Classes are not recorded by default. Any proposed recording or public use of identifiable learner images, voices or work requires separate parent permission and a stated purpose. Participants must not record, screenshot or redistribute another participant without permission. Parent consent to attend a class is not permission for promotional use.
Responsible AI and external tools
Learners are taught that AI can be wrong, biased or inappropriate and should explain where it helped their work. Use age-appropriate, supervised activities; never bypass a third-party service's age restrictions. Parents should review external tool requirements before use. Do not submit identifying child information, private photos or confidential material to AI tools. Unexpected or harmful output should be reported and not shared further.
Reporting a concern
Email hello@wonderbots.in with the class date, mentor or session reference and a brief description. Avoid sending unnecessary child information or redistributing harmful material; preserve relevant references privately. A parent may request owner review at the address below. We review relevant records, seek appropriate accounts and take proportionate protective action. No fixed response time or uninterrupted monitoring is promised.
For immediate danger, leave the class and contact local emergency services or appropriate child-protection authorities. Email support is not an emergency service. Nothing in this policy limits reporting to competent authorities or applicable legal protections.
WonderBots is operated by Aligneazy Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., 4th Floor, Dynasty Business Park, Andheri–Kurla Road, Mumbai, MH, India. Contact: hello@wonderbots.in. Class dates and times are shown in India time (Asia/Kolkata).
