Buddy & Squad Group Policy
How buddy and squad groups form, fill and handle withdrawals.
Group confirmation
Buddy is designed for two learners and Squad for four. Saving interest or sending an invitation is not a seat reservation or payment. A provider-confirmed payment grants the purchased pack, but the group remains awaiting confirmation until the required paid learners are in place.
A group that does not fill
If a forming group does not fill by its stated deadline, we offer an alternative the parent may accept or a refund for eligible undelivered classes. We do not silently change the purchased format, increase the price or require the parent to find another learner.
Withdrawing from a group
Email hello@wonderbots.in with the learner name, group and order reference. Leaving a group or not attending does not automatically cancel the pack or refund payment. Delivered classes and eligible unused credits are reviewed under the Cancellation and Refund policies.
Protecting the remaining learners
If a learner withdraws, support reviews continuity with the mentor and remaining parents. A replacement learner or a mutually agreed alternative may be offered, but neither is guaranteed.
Invitations and privacy
Share the invitation link, never a class meeting link. Invitees use their own parent account and checkout, and parents cannot view another family's private learner or payment details merely because they invited them.
