Questions parents ask
How long is each class?
Every class is 60 minutes, live and online. Younger learners get an age-appropriate activity break within the session.
What does my child need?
A laptop or desktop computer (not just a phone), a stable internet connection, a webcam, headphones with a mic, and a quiet space.
How are Buddy and Squad groups formed?
We match learners by age band, readiness, pathway, language and timetable. You can invite a friend or join a forming group. A group is confirmed only once enough paid learners have enrolled.
What if a group doesn't fill?
We tell you before the confirmation deadline and offer a suitable alternative or a refund. We never change your format without asking.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy a 4-class or 8-class pack. Renewing is always a new, explicit purchase.
Who are the mentors?
Adult mentors who pass a review of qualifications, a technical assessment and a teaching demonstration before they can teach.
Are classes recorded?
No. Classes are not recorded by default.
Can my child sign up alone?
No. A parent or legal guardian creates the account, manages learner profiles and makes all purchases.
