Who is responsible

Aligneazy Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. operates WonderBots and is responsible for the personal information processed for its services. Contact hello@wonderbots.in for privacy questions or requests. Children use the service through an adult parent or guardian account, not an independent child account.

Information we process

We process parent account and contact details, sign-in information, consent records and learner profile details such as preferred name, class or grade, age band where provided, language, experience, interests and selected illustrated avatar. Booking, attendance, pack credits, payment references and support correspondence are also processed. Mentor applications include professional information, a professional photo, availability and review records; earnings and transfer records are kept where applicable.

Learner profiles do not require a child photograph. Do not provide school names, home addresses, child phone numbers, full dates of birth or other unnecessary identifying information in free-text fields. Razorpay processes payment credentials; never send us card details, passwords or payment authentication codes.

Why we use it

Information is used to manage accounts and parental consent, match and deliver classes, arrange schedules, process payments and refunds, maintain credit and earnings records, send receipts and reminders, investigate complaints, protect participants and meet legal obligations. Service logs and error information may be processed for security and reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers and class participants

We use Lovable Cloud for application services, account access and storage; Razorpay for payments; and Google Calendar, Google Meet and Gmail for meeting invitations, live classes and service emails. Providers process relevant information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process it outside India. Google or other chosen sign-in services provide account details needed for sign-in.

The assigned mentor receives information needed to teach and arrange the class. A Google Calendar invitation includes meeting and invitee details; invitation settings and Google services may make participant names or email addresses visible to other invitees. In group classes, other participants can see or hear the learner's meeting name, camera, microphone and shared work as enabled. Meeting links must not be forwarded outside the class.

Connected apps and account storage

If you authorise a connected agent or app, it may read your learner profiles, packs and classes within the permissions shown on the consent screen. The WonderBots integration is read-only and cannot make payments or change bookings. Review the connected app's own privacy practices before granting access.

Account sessions use cookies or browser storage to keep you signed in. Hosting, authentication and meeting providers may also process technical usage information. Shared devices should be signed out after use.

Security and retention

Access controls restrict learner, booking, payment and private document access by role and account ownership. No online system can guarantee absolute security; report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Classes are not recorded by default. Any proposed recording or public use of identifiable learner work requires separate parent permission.

Information is retained as needed for service delivery, account administration, unresolved disputes and applicable legal or accounting requirements. We do not promise immediate erasure of payment or audit records that must lawfully be retained.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email hello@wonderbots.in to request access, correction, account closure, deletion or withdrawal of parental consent. We verify the requester and explain the available action and any lawful retention limits. Withdrawing consent may prevent further learner-data processing and teaching; outstanding credits and payments are reviewed rather than automatically forfeited. Parents can help minimise collection by using a preferred name and an illustrated avatar.

Policy changes and concerns

Updates carry a new effective date, and material changes or consent requests will be communicated where required. If a privacy concern remains unresolved, request owner review using the contact and address below. Applicable privacy and consumer rights remain available.
