Refund Policy
How refunds work for WonderBots class packs.
Requesting a refund
For a confirmed class-pack payment, use the refund request in Payments and explain the reason, or email hello@wonderbots.in with the order reference and relevant class details. Never email card details, passwords or payment authentication codes. Support reviews eligibility; submitting a request is not refund approval.
Eligible undelivered classes
A refund may be considered for unused classes, a group that does not fill by its deadline, or teaching we cannot deliver and cannot acceptably rearrange. Already delivered classes are normally excluded, subject to applicable law and a substantiated service complaint. Attendance and late-cancellation cases are reviewed under their own policies rather than automatically treated as refundable.
Calculation
Refunds use the original paid per-class price, not a later advertised price. Refunds are in whole eligible class increments and cannot exceed the remaining unrefunded payment. Support resolves any past-started reserved session before approving its credit for refund. No cancellation penalty or processing deduction applies.
Processing and credit holds
An approved refund may stay pending until our payment provider confirms it. Credits are temporarily frozen while a refund is being reconciled so they cannot be spent and refunded twice, and are removed only after the provider confirms the processed refund. A failed refund requires follow-up; an approval alone is not evidence that money was returned.
Payment destination and timing
Refunds are initiated against the original payment through Razorpay, subject to the provider's and your bank's processing rules. We do not promise an instant refund or a fixed bank credit date; support shares the refund status or reference and investigates delays.
Scope and rights
This policy covers class packs. The ₹499 mentor activation payment has separate disclosed activation-fee terms and is not a learner class credit. Nothing here removes statutory consumer remedies.
